| If the link is working in any other computer and if it is giving problem, then please check the following:
1. Check if you have Real Player installed, and if it is latest. 2. If you are connecting to internet using Cable modem or DSL service and if you have installed a router to share the internet between multiple computers, then make sure you have the following ports open in the router firewall. - TCP 80, 554, 4040, 7070, 8080, 443 (SSL for sign-in), 1755 (MMS Windows Media requests) - UDP 6970-32,000, 1755 (MMS Windows Media resend requests) - HTTP 80 (AU, Messaging Service, and HTTP Cloaking) 3. If you have a firewall software installed on your computer like Norton securty etc. Make sure that above mentioned ports are open in firewall settings. 4. If you habe latest Windows XP Service Pack 2, it has builtin firewall. By default windows firewall will block all ports. You may need to open the above mentioned ports in windows firewall for streaming media to play successfully.
